Chair’s Message

Your Pierce County Republican party is hard at work. We are working hard to keep our one vote majority in the Senate by re-electing Phil Fortunato in the 31st and electing Jinyoung Lee Englund in the 45th legislative District as well as supporting all of our Republican candidates this year.
The fair season is wrapping up and the response to the Pierce County Republican booth and our support of the $30.00 car tab initiative has been tremendous. It is encouraging to see so many people in Pierce County smiling again and starting to hope again for a restoration of America, an improving economy and some common sense solutions at the Federal level and at the local level with our majority on the County Council led by our very own Bruce Dammeier as our Pierce County executive.

I want to make sure that you are aware of a few dates to mark on your calendar:

Our annual Christmas Party being held on December 2nd, please see our website for more details
Our next Central Committee Meeting is November 4th, where your Republican party discusses and votes on the direction of the party for 2018.

Your Pierce County Republican Office is open and staffed to serve you Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are looking for volunteers to help grow and strengthen the Pierce County Republican party and we are looking for people that are thinking about running for office in 2018 and beyond. If either of these are for you, please e-mail me at chair@piercegop.org and I will be in touch.

Many of you have heard that Congressman Dave Reichert will not seek election for another term to Congress and just a few nights ago we heard the great news that Senator Dino Rossi will be running to replace Dave Reichert. Since a portion of the 8th Congressional District is in Pierce County, we are looking forward to working with all Pierce County Republicans to secure that seat and elect Dino Rossi to congress. Now is the time to get engaged in your Pierce County Republican party. We have a huge opportunity to turn this state Red, truly Red, for the congressional race, the state senate races and the statewide races in 2020, our Pierce County is the key to victory.
Join us and #Be Bold #Be Courageous #Be Republican!
