On March 17, 2018, the Pierce County Republican Party hosted its annual Lincoln Day Dinner at the LeMay America’s Car Museum in Tacoma. Our featured speaker was Sheriff David A. Clarke, Jr. Sheriff Clarke spoke about the need to reignite our enthusiasm from 2016 to retain and increase the number of positions held by Republicans throughout the state.
We also recognized several volunteers that evening!

Jim & Marlyn Jensen Legacy Award – Andrea Innes
This award recognizes the long term support and service given to the Pierce County Republican Party. It recognizes the legacy of commitment, dedication and love for the party through service, giving, support, and positive impact on the Party and its members.
The Legacy award recognizes the enormous debt of gratitude we owe to those making a difference year after year. Although many in our party give much there are only a few that set the example for all of us to emulate and this year that person is Andrea Innes, WSRP Secretary and former Pierce County Republican State Committeewoman, with the Jim & Marlyn Jensen Legacy Award.
Rookie of the Year Award – Pat Campion
This award recognizes someone who is new to the Pierce County Republican Party and who has had tremendous impact through volunteering, service, and enthusiasm upon the party, our candidates, and their fellow Republican volunteers in a short period of time. This person is recognized for modeling our Republican Values of God, Family, and Country while serving in multiple ways to make our Part stronger. This year’s award goes to Pat Campion, District Leader for the 2nd Legislative District, Veteran, and Chair for the Legislative District Committee.
Volunteer of the Year Award – Patricia Mannie
This award recognizes someone who has exhibited service and dedication to the Pierce County Republican Party through volunteering, leading, teaching and serving at a remarkable level. This person is recognized for modeling our Republican Values while serving in multiple ways to make our Party stronger. This year’s award goes to Patty Mannie, District Chair for the 28th Legislative District and is also Owner of Patricia & Co.
Chairman’s Choice Award – Dave McMullan
This award recognizes someone who has exhibited service and dedication to the Pierce County Republican Party by stepping above and beyond and taking a lead role when the need arises that is outside of their initial role as an officer. This award goes to someone that the Chair recognizes that models our Republican Values and goes above and beyond to advance our Pierce County Republican Party goals. This year’s award goes to Dave McMullan, WSRP State Committeeman, Former District Chair of the 25th Legislative District and is also Owner of Quality 1st Pest Solutions.
